Who we are
Michelle began her career in higher education at the University of Miami, where she worked in the Undergraduate Office of Admission. During her time there, she visited hundreds of high schools across the country and reviewed and made admissions decisions on thousands of applications. This direct experience on the university side of the desk gives her unmatched insight into how applications are evaluated and what truly matters in the admissions process.
She also holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education with an emphasis in Enrollment Management, a specialized academic background that further informs her expertise in college admissions strategy.
For over a decade, Michelle served as the Director of College Counseling and an Academic Dean at a prestigious independent school in the Washington, D.C. area, where she helped hundreds of students gain admission to top colleges and universities across the country and abroad.
In addition to working one-on-one with students and parents, Michelle has consulted with schools to help them design and implement effective, student-centered college counseling programs. Her approach is thoughtful, strategic, and highly personalized. She is deeply committed to helping families navigate the increasingly complex college admissions landscape with clarity and confidence.
Michelle is a professional member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), reflecting her dedication to ethical and informed guidance.
